Whole day kayak rental

The Skaftö Island, in the middle of Bohuslän, south from Lysekil.

Skaftö, just South of Lysekil, is situated in the middle of Bohuslän. To the East you find a lush archipelago, rich in bird life and where sheltered waters provide paddling no matter what the weather is. To the West we have the Gåsö archipelago, a more barren yet stunningly beautiful seascape with rounded sea-worn cliffs and rocks. The ice has made its timeless impression here, shaping the rocks, and the waves try to continue its work… Imagine open sea, plenty of islands and wonderful paddling opportunities.

Full day kayak rental

Rent a kayak for a day. You are welcome to rent from 08.00 every morning up to 19.00 in the evening. We our selves like to be outdoor so we offer full days reaching up to almost 11 hours if you like. Less time is also possible, please send us the estimated arrival four your booking.

Off Season

In September-October and in May we are open for rental on weekends between 9 am and 6 pm. If you want to rent during weekdays please inform us well in advance to give us a chance to manage with staff etc. Between November and April all rental is by request only. A fee for dry-suit (and if necessary guide) will be added.
